The results of one month of improved diet and daily exercise. (with cheat days, lazy days, and some inconsistency all around.)
I’ve lost 10lbs and my chest has bulked up while losing fat and I like it.
I’m wearing a “reward” tank top and a little too snug exercise shorts so it makes me look a touch leaner than I am. For perspective I have a 45 inch belly and 43 inch chest. I’m going to try to take my progress photos in that tank to hopefully fit it by next summer and show the change.
